Hello, my name is Adele, and I’m a Trauma Coach from Naked Recovery.
I believe that exhaustion and burnout is often created by the noise we hold within our heads which is a kind of negative self talk. I believe if we removed this negative self-talk from our lives we would have less mental health challenges and burnout in our day to day lives. Burnout has reached pandemic levels in the past 3 years and empowering people to look after themselves better, heal their lives and recover from burnout is something I have dedicated my life to. This retreat is beautiful and kind. It restores and rebuilds your relationship with yourself and melts shame and stigma. This retreat is for anyone who feels burnt out and tired of this negative chatter. I use specialised processes to support people to rewire themselves to shifting that language pattern and cognitive bias to a more empowering and uplifting context for their life. I’ve developed this special retreat called The Sanctuary which is a five-day retreat to help people to recover from burnout and install compassionate resilience in their lives.
So the kind of people that come onto The Sanctuary have burnt out and are tired of this negative cycle in their mind. They want to learn new techniques to shift the context from negative to positive.
