THANK YOU for creating this program and being my divorce angel these last few months. I was so upset when we first met, but this program gave me the tools to heal my heart and rebuild my strength and confidence. I also lovingly refer to you as the “narcissist whisperer,” as your advice as to how to approach my ex has worked wonders.

I am very proud to say that my divorce is coming along amicably, and we are on track to have everything finalized as soon as the state-required separation period has been fulfilled. The kids are doing great and adjusting. I met someone lovely, and we have been casually seeing each other. He is the OPPOSITE of my ex. He is the “boring” guy we discussed. Turns out, “boring” is pretty damn great.

Adele is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. She is highly skilled and credible. She brings a rare combination of kick-arse straight talking and genuine warmth and compassion. Working with her was totally transformational for me. 100% and without reservation recommend her. Am a happily married woman now!

Recommend Adele from our trauma therapy experience. Her methods include an initial Stabilization routine for grounding before beginning the trauma work. It is well organized with lots of self directed homework. I found my way through memory writing assignments. Her keen insights, emotional support & guidance were superb for my issues. It was my first experience with online therapy & I feel fortunate to have found my way to her. She was the right fit for my long history of living with traumatic memories which had been buried for 60 years. I have the skills to feel empowered from my experience with this work. I would recommend her to your attention without reservation & I am fortunate to have found her in a very unusual way. I think her program is well thought out from the beginning to the end.

Before I started Naked Divorce, I had very painful and mixed emotions related to my divorce. Had a constant Feeling of rejection and lack of self worth. I was struggling because my therapy wasn’t helping me to process my emotions. The Naked Divorce gave me structure and setting my healing goal, was a great first step. Initially reading it I was scared but looking back now, it all came true! I was very impressed because the program was short and I needed a huge and quick boost which got delivered. I chose to do this program after coming out of a breakup. I was in a time in my life where I felt stuck and lost. I chose it because it was short and straight to the point. I was able to work at my own pace. I highly recommend it.

Every single step of the program was so important and organized in a way that allowed for this healing process. In the beginning it puts you in a place where you can be vulnerable, which is key, but during that time you feel so safe and protected. Having the support of your Angel is so key during this process. Sally was so helpful, kind, and encouraging. She had an incredible way of keeping me on track, being supportive without letting me make excuses, and holding me accountable. There was never a time where I felt judged or that I couldn’t be 100% honest.

I learned so much from this program about myself, my insecurities, and my strengths. This program took me from a place of self-doubt and brought me to a place of confidence. It allowed me to forgive not only the people from my past relationships but, more importantly, myself. It helped me realize that growth and healing comes from within and processing a divorce or breakup in a healthy way is vital. Because of this program, I no longer feel anger and resentment towards my ex. It taught me how to protect myself and my emotions by setting clear boundaries. It gave me the strength and power to feel in control of my thoughts and emotions. I’m so grateful for this program and would highly suggest it to anyone going through a divorce, bad breakup, or even just struggling with problems in relationships.

I thought I was in a good space before coming to this retreat. It shocked me to find out where I actually was in reality.

I was initially annoyed because I thought I knew who I was and what I was doing. Once I processed some of my past and felt better about everything, it was amazing.

I was not able to tell my husband the relationship is over. I used to feel guilty and ashamed. I now have a clear understanding of as to what happened in my relationship and I am okay with it. The counseling I’m in has no direction and I feel like my counselor does not tell me the truth. I have an addiction she wants to tell me. Just listen no feedback. I feel stupid in therapy. I was very hesitant in starting the program because of all the requirements like following the ethics on daily basis and arrangement to get the time out to do homework. Telling my story. I was very miserable in my day to day life. When I started the program my life was very disturbed no structure. When I started, I became alive, picked up momentum and felt a difference. I tried everything from therapy, second therapy, to friends, to relative and reading books, it helped a little but your program is clever , gentle and firm. I was full of anger and rage of my ex husband and can not stand seeing him. I felt lonely and despair. I went to normal therapy which was OK, but just didn’t fix the issue. He was waiting for me to talk about how I felt which I was embarrassed to express. When I first started with my coaching my ex husband was still doing the same stupid things that drove me crazy before. What changed though was my ability to now remain very calm and feel in control of my own emotions. This was the whole point of Naked Divorce. It allowed me to take my focus off the negative things my ex husband would do and channel all that energy on bettering MYSELF! This wouldn’t have ever been possible if it weren’t for the amazing coaching support I received throughout the programme. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would encourage anyone who feels the same to try Naked Divorce. It really is a God send!

Healing from divorce is possible, if you give it time and mind and have a true desire to be a new person. “I will live my life happily!” if my emotions went down for any reason regarding divorce I would go back to the exercises I have done through the program and go through them again.

My biggest problem stage was actually prior to the split. I was referred to Adele who recommended The Clearing – a process that would give me the objectivity to make the decision to leave my ex. I had struggled with the decision for years and had been living in a dis-empowering relationship for so long I had conditioned myself into normalising a horrible situation. My biggest struggle was seeing that there was more and that I deserved more than a partner who resented me. Reaching the realisation that I was happier alone and understanding the mechanisms that kept me stuck in the relationship were massive breakthroughs for me. We initially went to couples therapy 18 months in to the relationship. Our power dynamic was misdiagnosed and the treatment we were given actually made our situation worse. I continued to approach the same therapist every few years for help but as he had misunderstood us from the very beginning I just kept getting incorrect advice. The therapist also didn’t appear to have read his case notes before he saw us and didn’t link the context between sessions. The sessions would end without resolution and I would just blame myself for the relationship and dive back in and try harder to make things work. Last year I decided to approach a different therapist through an App called talk space – I was overwhelmed with stress in every area of my life. I used the platform because it was fast and could match me with someone quickly. I got connected to a Gay therapist called Sal who was great, really warm and supportive and with his fresh eyes on our relationship, I started to see how bad things were. Because Sal was an online only therapist based in the US and we just communicated via chats and video calls I could feel that while he was helping he couldn’t read all the non verbal cues and we didn’t necessarily get to the depth of Discussion that I needed. Sal helped me start the process of leaving but without realising there was a power dynamic at play in the relationship he also unknowingly encouraged me to act in a way that was actually super enticing to my ex and caused the most epic of love bomb situations which got me stuck in our cycle for a final time. A close friend finally referred me to Adele and the cycle was broken. The Clearing was the first time I realised my relationship had a very strong and unspoken power dynamic. It was the first time I acknowledged how toxic and how painful my relationship had been. I realised I had a pattern of dating men who were unkind and verbally or psychologically controlling. The Clearing got me out of over a decade of suffering. Not only that, it started the process of reacquainting me with my inner values and self honour. Without any exaggeration I got more out of The Clearing in 4 days than I did from over a year of conventional therapy. I started the clearing feeling broken and in unbelievable emotional pain and I finished it resolute with my shoulders back and head held high. At the end of the Clearing process I suddenly realised how incredible my life was going to be. I started The Naked Divorce very quickly after my breakup. I feel the process short circuited a lot of wasted energy and pain and got my back on my feet in double quick time. The process gave me something to lean on and most people around me had no idea I was going through a divorce. As a gay man completing the Men’s programme obviously the whole programme is written assuming the ex partner is female so female pronouns are used throughout. This didn’t affect my learning and I see straight and gay long term relationships as the same so was happy to dealt with as equivalent. That said I think a gay programme with male pronouns or gender neutral ones would be a really nice touch if you are seeing more gay clients. That said when I was processing my divorce, the correct pronoun use isn’t really a top priority and I was far more focused on the content and I was quite happy for my ex to be called a “she” – added a bit of humour. Since the naked divorce I’ve addressed my home, my appearance, put a huge amount of work in to my business strategy and I’m going to look at my finances and also my extra-curricular activities outside of work to get better balance in my life and really focus for the first time as an adult on building amazing friendships and surrounding myself with Positive inspiring humans. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the whole programme. I was happily surprised at the quality of it all! I would 110% recommend this to anyone who is willing to help themselves during times of emotional distress. Life saver!

The angels put so much of themselves into each session and I just felt like I was being profoundly taken care of. I have healed from my divorce but more importantly have a new relationship with myself and my future. I wake up in the mornings excited about who I will meet today and feel responsible for managing my baggage and my issues so they don’t cloud my relationships in the future. I feel new and shiny again. It was a terrific investment in myself – better results than any therapist I’ve been too!

I have transformed so much as a woman in the last few weeks I don’t recognise myself. I have used the programme myself and can vouch for it’s effectiveness and thoroughness, and I still listen to the audio resources on a regular basis!

Adele is a phenomenal coach and mentor. The progress I have made with her guidance has ultimately given me access to self love and acceptance which in turn has precipitated a romantic relationship with the person I deem to be my soul mate (a relationship that would not have been possible before the breakthrough in loving myself). We have just moved in together and just had a beautiful baby boy! She has also coached me on taking a stand for myself which time and again reaps huge benefits in a variety of relationships around me. Adele is compassionate, intelligent and rigorous and her intuition means that she has an uncanny knack of getting to the heart of the matter.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the coaching I received. It was brilliant. I could sense that I was killing many friendships by discussing my ex and my relationship issues with everyone. Having a professional make sense of the whole process I was going through and listening to me really helped. Before the Naked Divorce, I was still very focused on the past, trigger memories, all the “could’ve, would’ve, should’ve”; missing my previous married life very much. I was also getting too bogged down with yearning for everyone to pity me as much now as they did when the breakup first occured 2 years earlier. I did feel my life was “over”, in a way & that my ex’s life was much better than mine overall. I had sought counseling through one-on-one therapy in person or on phone with psychotherapists, licensed clinical social workers, family counselors. Just as stated in Adele’s book, these sessions helped me discover & acknowledge a certain family pathology in my personality and my expectations about marriage. What was missing was a suggested blueprint for how to build a path towards an unknown future. Although I did appreciate learning a lot about myself & how my mind worked due to my own past, it tended to keep me in the “past”. I was often telling others I still needed a “hook phrase” to settle into a peace about this life changing event – even though a part of me still wanted the battle scars to be recognized. The Naked Divorce blew everything apart. The immediate impact on my life when I started the coaching was to have a clear calendar (which rarely happened) and for the first time, examine my own self, my own life, especially my own marriage without interruption or outside opinions. I realized early on that this was not going to deal with issues just at face value. I realized it was important to dig deep, try hard to remember every detail & get below the surface. I remember not even wanting to peek at the next Day’s exercise because it was all I could do to face the Day of. The quality of Naked Divorce was exceptional and support amazing. Previous therapy was helpful but not structured nor goal oriented. When I began the program, I was enveloped in grief and just feeling so low and unable to move forward in life. I kept wanting to badger my ex with questions and kept on needing to find answers. Plus, I also was fixated on his new woman!

It took me a few days to realize the coaching was so essential. I had a couple of alcoholic drinks within the first few days of the programme, thinking it wouldn’t matter, but after the integrity piece, it really pulled me into line and I loved the cocoon phase to set my home space up nurturingly. I felt very held and safe.

I highly recommend the Naked Divorce programme if you want to get over your ex way quicker than to suffer for months and even years. You really need to educate yourself about why your relationship ended and how you can take care of yourself for the future and why relationships work the way they do. This programme helps you to get real and take responsibility for yourself and what you want for your future. I felt so held in the programme and it was so honouring of my pain and heartache and that it was actually ok to be hurting that badly. Your own lightbulbs will drift to the surface and you will get some fascinating insights as to why you attracted who you did in your ex. Before finding the naked divorce, I was struggling to keep everything together and to cope with my confused feelings about my husband and what had happened. I had relied on my family and friends. The failure of counselling to help the situation before the break up made me reluctant to go that route again. I felt embarrassed by the failure of my marriage and didn’t want to have to lay out the whole story again. When I started on the naked divorce, it was incredible and gave me a more concrete plan for getting through the horrible divorce process and it gave me hope that I can find a happy place where I can truly be me and be loved and cherished.What I LOVED was being able to talk on Skype from home and the whole process being so private and confidential. I found it really effective for my circumstances. I completely recommend the naked divorce instead of therapy as after my first conversation with Adele I felt that she really did “get” me – in less than 10 minutes – my fears of having to spend hours rehashing the horrible history were erased and I found the practical, process-based approach really appealing. Last Friday, I googled “working during bad divorce” “FMLA for emotional duress of divorce – depression.” I was scared. I performed a quick sample test on your website and received a full report in my email the next day. I printed and started reading, taking notes, highlighting – I finally feel understood and recognize in me – many of the things written. I truly think I can move on and feel liberated. My life started over after reading that information. I’ve only gotten a few of the complimentary emails but the report has me moving in the right direction. Thank you. Hi Adele,I hope you are doing well, and also that you remember me! Back in 2012 I did the 21 day course with you and I knew when it was done that it had changed who I was. As promised by you, before I did the course, I would start attracting people were much more positive into my life and that is exactly what happened.I decided after the course that I felt so enlightened that I wanted to enjoy being single for a while. Well, that lasted for around 6 months! I then met a beautiful person. I have never met anyone so grounded, honest, sensitive and loving as her, and I know it would never have happened if I hadn’t done the Naked Divorce. And so, on 12th June, we are going to be getting married! Then, just a couple of months after that, I will be emigrating with her to start a new life abroad.I wanted to thank you for such a life changing experience. It was well worth the discomfort of recognising my mistakes as well as coming to terms with some horrid memories, in order to start attracting decent people, and more importantly, to be able to recognise the people who were bad for me and see the ones who are able to bring something positive into my life. Hi, my name is Meg…I’m a 44, an executive working in UK Financial Services (Financial Crime, Regulation and Risk) and a single mum to a 5yo boy who is my world. I did the Naked Divorce online course in April 2015 and it was nothing short of incredible! I’m an action oriented and results focussed individual. I didn’t want to spend endless hours going over childhood issues on a comfy sofa in Harley St with a CBT therapist. I just wanted to find a way to put my divorce behind me and move on so that I could continue to work at the top of my field without being hindered with emotional baggage. I’m well aware that if I just stuffed it inside and tried to ignore the pain (as I had done in the past) with a British ‘stiff upper lip’ approach that soon my ‘issues’ would negatively impact upon my credibility (and therefore my ability to provide the best for my son). Pretending I was FINE wasn’t going to work this time.

So I selected a Naked Divorce package that included one to one coaching sessions that compliment the online course with the founder, Adele. Even though it was online, it wasn’t cheap. However, the lure of a programme that claims it can undo the damage and free me up to lead an extraordinary life within 21 DAYS was too tempting for me to pass. So instead of hesitating, I trusted a friend who had recommended Naked Divorce and signed up. The cynic in me kept thinking the programme promises were too good to be true so I wasn’t, in all honestly, holding out much hope. But it was the most accessible to fit in around my other commitments and the quickest results programme I found so I went for it.

So what is the course? The Naked Divorce programme comes with a book that you read a chapter a day…and very specific instructions about how to do the programme including diet and sleeping habits that participants adopt as necessary for the programme to work. The first few days were exciting and yet a bit too touchy-feely for me. I realised I’d actually become numb as a coping mechanism – so actively focusing on the emotions of my pain was a challenge for me. My first call with Adele was incredible. She is so insightful and asked me really thought provoking questions and kept encouraging me to really feel what I was trying to suppress. This was scary for me. However, she was so passionate and I felt like she really cared about me getting the most from this programme. It was obvious to me that she wasn’t just doing this as a way to make money. I was astounded she was so on point and knowledgeable about the impacts of trauma. She picked up on things I was reluctant to express with laser sharp accuracy. She wasn’t interested in me getting superficial results – she genuinely wanted me to have the miracle results I dreamt for myself!

One of the elements of her programme is what she calls STEATs. STEATs are short-term emotional avoidance tactics and I realised just how many of my life-choices were made this way. It was a profound realisation for me. During the coaching session, Adele probed deeper snd I was able to discover just how pervasive this ‘coping mechanism’ was for me. Once I saw this, I was immediately able to make conscious choices again and this little insight alone was worth the cost of the programme!!

About mid-way through the 21 days, I asked if we could pause as I wanted time to reflect and just be with some of the things I has learned. She was OK with this and actually checked in with me to make sure I was still going forward.

By the end of the 21days I was UNRECOGNISABLE in the way I was acting, how I was leading my life and how I was able to interact with my ex. I was FREE! I felt so unburdened with the baggage of past trauma. Not only was I able to accept my divorce but I was able to create a new future that I was genuinely excited about. Life became an adventure again.
